Lamplighter is based in Birmingham and was created by me, Steven. I’m a Digital Marketing expert with a passion getting the right talent into the right jobs and helping both organisation and candidate in their pursuit of success.

I’m a huge advocate for great Candidate Experiences, believing that engaging every candidate like a customer brings a wealth of operational and commercial benefits down the line.
